Engagement through PPR for Supervisors of Professional Staff
Effective performance management is critical to your success as a manager of people. Feedback provided to your staff can make all the difference in their development and ultimately in the work unit's success. New supervisors are encouraged to attend.
All supervisors involved in facilitating the PPR-PS process with direct reports/staff are required to attend this training.
These sessions are conducted to provide essential information for new supervisors of professional staff and refresher training for current supervisors.
Participant Profile
Supervisors who are responsible for conducting PPR with professional staff HEW 1-10, who are either new to QUT, new to a supervisory/management role (academic and professional) or who would benefit from a PPR refresher.
Program Overview
This two session program provides the foundations for effective performance management at QUT.
