Program Overview
- The Quality Leadership Profile (QLP) is a unique feature of the performance management process at QUT
- Developed, statistically refined & validated at QUT, the QLP is a 360 degree survey feedback on leadership skills and practices
- The QLP invites managers to describe their own leadership behaviour, and to seek confidential feedback on this from a range of colleagues with whom they have regular contact
Program Objectives
- The 360 degree process involves feedback from the manager's supervisor, staff and nominated peers in addition to their own self-description
- This assists managers to respond to specific issues identified by each of their key stakeholder groups, and maximises opportunities to enhance overall leadership effectiveness and for use in their own PPR discussions with their supervisor

Participant Profile
Senior staff with significant supervisor responsibility are required to undertake the QLP survey every 2 years.
