- To complete the program as outlined in your PDP application
- To inform the Committee (through the Chair) of any changes to the program which was approved by the Committee
- To work at QUT for the length of your PDP after your return to the University
- To disseminate the information/knowledge to appropriate staff on your return to QUT.
- To submit a report to the HR Project Officer within a month of completing your program.
Disseminating the information
Disseminating the information you gained through your PDP is very important.
The PDP Committee (Professional Staff) may ask you to attend a Committee meeting to tell the members about your program.
Other ways of disseminating your new knowledge include:
- Presenting information at local area/ divisional/ faculty staff meetings/forums
- Including a brief report/summary in newsletters
- Arranging presentations/ seminars to staff members from the wider university community
- Passing on information to co-workers ‘on-the-job’.
