Negotiation Process - Employee Collective Agreement (Senior Staff) 2009-2012
The negotiation process for the new Employee Collective Agreement (Senior Staff) was initiated in September 2008. An external consultant, Helen Twohill, was engaged to review and develop the new agreement based on consultation and feedback obtained from the University's senior staff.
