This site has been developed to keep staff and visitors informed of enterprise bargaining negotiations at QUT as they progress, as well as to provide an avenue for staff to directly consult with the University on matters that are important to them.
About enterprise bargaining at QUT
Enterprise bargaining is the process undertaken to negotiate terms and conditions of employment for staff of the University.
Enterprise bargaining is undertaken in its various forms for the three separate agreements of the University:
- Senior staff (recently completed negotiation process, new agreement effective 5 August 2009);
- Academic staff (recently completed negotiation process, new agreement effective 24 December 2010);
- Professional staff (recently completed negotiation process, new agreement effective 24 December 2010).
