Each year, Workforce Planning releases a set of HR performance measures titled the HR Indices to faculties and divisions.
These HR Indices provide a guide to what trends appear within the faculties and divisions. The indices can be used in conjunction with the HR Benchmarking results to compare faculty and division results to the broader organisational and industry context.
It is important to note that no individual staff member can be identified in the HR Indices reports which provide data on HR measures not available from other University sources.
