The University's grievance resolution policy can be found in the MOPP A/6.1 . Three sets of procedures arise from this policy dealing specifically with the resolution of grievances related to the workplace, discrimination related grievances and student matters. All have a common three-step framework and are informed by the same principles outlined in the policy. Between them they apply to all staff and students and cover disputes, grievances, and problems affecting the working and learning environment.
