This program is designed for mid-career academics (Levels B & C) who exhibit an interest and propensity to learn and develop, a capacity for building resilience and navigating ambiguity, and who demonstrate receptivity to feedback. They must show interest in developing their own and others’ capabilities for better performance in core academic endeavours. |
