Organisational Development (OD) is a section within the Human Resources Department whose role is to support client groups and staff across the university through small to significant organisational change consulting and to increase staff capacity and potential through development programs and learning events.
Consulting Services
The HR OD consultancy team offers faculties and divisions a diverse range of background and experience in:
- Adult education
- Human resource management
- Change management
- Organisational Psychology
- Creative arts
- Business

This experience equips the team to respond to client requests with innovative change and development and performance interventions and solutions.
